Refund policy
We want every customer to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. To ensure fairness and protect product quality, our return and refund process follows strict guidelines. Please read carefully before submitting a request.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets all of the following conditions:
- Unopened, unused, and unworn
- In its original manufacturer-sealed condition
- Includes all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Free from odors, stains, or wear
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not fully meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect product hygiene, safety, and quality control, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Opened items
- Items with broken seals or signs of tampering
- Products removed from their original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Hazardous materials and flammable products
- Gift cards and sale items
3. Return Approval Required
All returns must be pre-approved.
Items sent back without authorization (RMA) will be:
- Refused or disposed, and
- Not eligible for a refund

4. Packaging Requirements(Strict)
To prevent damage in transit and ensure refund eligibility, please follow these instructions:
- Pack the item in a sturdy shipping box
- Use bubble wrap or protective fill
- Do not place shipping labels directly on the product or its retail packaging
- Ensure the item is fully protected and secure
If an item arrives damaged or in less-than-original condition due to insufficient packaging, the refund will be denied or reduced based on the inspection results.
5. Condition Issues That Do Not Qualify as Defects
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for free returns or refunds:
- Minor cosmetic paint imperfections
- Packaging condition (including dents, scratches, or box damage from shipping)
These do not affect product functionality.
6. Wrong / Defective Items
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
Our team will evaluate whether the issue qualifies for a replacement or partial refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for all other cases (preference, mistaken orders, etc.)
8. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Refund amount may be reduced or denied based on the returned condition
Unauthorized or ineligible returns are not refundable.
